Summer Parade/Marching Band Registration April 29 - May 16 Soft Deadline - Registration is due May 16.
Marching Band HARD Deadline August 1, 2024 If joining after this date you may be placed as an alternate or in a roll that is not your first preference.

Marching Band Clinics May 7,9,13,16 - 4-5:30 pm @ CHS
Percussion & Guard Placement Auditions May 20, 3:30-5:30 pm. @ CHS Band room
Rookie Camp (first time marchers & Leadership) June 3 & 4, 7:30 - 10:30 am @CHS
Summer Band Begin Date June 5, 7:30 - 10:30 am @CHS
UMEA Leadership Camp (DM, FC, SL only) June 12-14, $75 cost @AF High School
Payment Due Dates: Summer & Marching Band
1st Deposit (Summer Band Reg./Marching Deposit) $100 May 16, 2024 pay in CHS office, or online
Gen. Marching Band: Payment # 1 (Uniform) $100 July 1, 2024 pay in CHS office, or online
Gen. Marching Band: Payment # 2 (Camp & Show) $100 August 1, 2024 pay in CHS office, or online
Gen. Marching Band: Payment # 3 (Staff) $100 September 1, 2024 pay in CHS office, or online
District Transportation $50 September 1, 2024 pay in CHS office, or online
Gen. Marching Band: Payment # 4 (Props & Equip.) $100 October 1, 2024 pay in CHS office, or online
Students will not perform until fees have been paid.

Estimated Trip Cost = $600 (students and Chaperones)

As of today (May 1, 2024) these dates and amounts are tentative and may fluctuate, depending on bids, and parent survey. Parent survey will be sent out near the end of June, beginning of July.
Students will not be eligible to travel & perform until fees have been paid.
